2. Booking and Payment

2.1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings made through RaniaHomestay.com are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once payment is received and you receive a confirmation email/message from us.

2.2. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. We accept online transfer. All payments must be made in MYR. Any additional charges incurred during your stay must be settled before check-out.

2.3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the check-in date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 3 days of the check-in date will not be eligible for a refund. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early departures.

3. Check-in and Check-out

3.1. Check-in Time

Check-in time is 3pm on the day of arrival. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3.2. Check-out Time

Check-out time is 12pm on the day of departure. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Use of the Property

4.1. Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition during their stay. Any damages or losses caused by guests will be charged to the guest or no refund on deposits.

4.2. Maximum Occupancy

The maximum occupancy for the property is 12 pax. Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges or termination of the booking without a refund.

4.3. No Smoking Policy

Rania D’Mawar Homestay is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises. Guests who violate this policy may be charged a cleaning fee.

4.4. Pets

Pets are not allowed at Rania D’Mawar Homestay unless prior permission has been granted. Unauthorized pets may result in additional charges or termination of the booking.

5. Limitation of Liability

Rania D’Mawar Homestay and its owners are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during your stay. By using our website and staying at our property, you agree to release us from any liability related to your stay.
